A junior technician (JT) may be required to perform a variety of tasks, including software and hardware installation and troubleshooting, depending on the industry in which they work. JTs must be willing to work with diverse populations within an organization, as well as with the organization’s client base as needed, in addition to performing manual tasks. To ensure that all systems are running properly, a JT must be able to complete multiple tasks in a short period of time.
