What does a Houseperson do?

A houseperson is usually in charge of the facility’s general upkeep. A person with this job typically works in a hotel or spa and is responsible for a variety of cleaning and housekeeping duties. He might also take on some general maintenance responsibilities that a maintenance worker wouldn’t. He could, for example, be in charge of performing routine maintenance on a facility’s hot tubs. However, a housekeeper’s specific responsibilities may vary depending on his employer’s specific requirements.

A houseperson frequently works for a hotel and is responsible for a variety of tasks related to keeping the hotel well-maintained and clean.
